I am very much thankful to Dr.Kajal for her excellent work. This pregnancy was something different from previous pregnancy due to the Garbhasankar course. My wife had enjoyed her pregnancy and her normal delivery also.
We are also experiencing something new in our new born baby. Now she is 2&1/2 months old but she is always smiling & quit. I am very happy with this tilldate behavior of our baby. Most of the time we think that it may be because of Garbhasanskar.
My opinion regarding the Garbhasanskar is very much positive. I recommend this for everyone who can do it.

I experienced all the pentup emotions release with the help of pranayama, yoga, and meditation. The relaxation techniques too help. I being being a communication designer, mostly had sedentary work, still I had a normal delivery all the credit goes to the exercises and yoga practice done in the classes at dr. Masodkar'sgarbha sanskar centre. The togetherness, socialising with other batch mates makes it an enjoyable experience. Mother'scan't stop comparing though it'snot a good idea, but my baby kimaya was very calm and cooperative to me and not a crimpy crying baby like others. She is 9 months old now and if there had been an active baby contest then kimaya would be among the winners I would say. She is too fast than others of her age, and a kind of baby which consciously or subconsciously I would have expected her to be.
